The hiker was with two other men about 7 p.m. when he fell down an embankment on the south end of the Island In The Sky trail, said Washington County sheriff’s Detective Nate Abbott. Rescuers know where the man is located but could not reach him "because of low visibility and the dangers of steep terrain in there," Abbott said.
