Done with the Deck

So here's the story: I told Brandon that because of long and short lengths I was going to need two more lengths of TREX. He went with my crazy calculation and told me how to avoid that with an extra joist. But as I moved across the deck with new length after new length it turned out that Mr. Contractor had ordered exactly what I needed and that I was losing my marbles. Even one length left. Shall I offer it on e-bay?

What have I been up to while Lyn's in Louisville?

Growing penstemons, mostly, making sure there's lots of rain and staying out of their way.

And there's the flagstone walk out front.

And the new deck under the west deck. Work on the deck was cancelled today by the rain. Hooray! Blue and I will stay inside and read.
