I've been listening to the Beatles' White Album and thought I'd throw in the quote in honor of Nate's birthday.

As you know, Nate is also Mr. Chinese Immersion Abbott at Cascade. This photo from the school album.

Makes me proud to have another teacher in the family, a line running now from my dad and my mom to me and Susan and Joe (his Lehi school) and Maren (dance lessons taught in her basement) and Tom (music lessons) and Ben (currently teaching at the U of AK) and Sam (ski school and writing center) and Tim (tour guide extraordinaire).
